Ufo is a hand-turned cutting board made of solid beech wood, crafted in Italy, that embodies the values of Galbanetto: sharing and lightness. The cutting board features a double suspension which, in addition to facilitating the grip, allows the slices of salami to be arranged on the edge, creating an elegant swirl. In the center, like on a podium, the Galbanetto takes center stage, ready to be replaced once it’s finished. Part cutting board, part tray, Ufo is perfect as a centerpiece. Light in form and use, it invites sharing light moments together.

Ufo è un tagliere tornito a mano in massello di faggio, realizzato in Italia, che incarna i valori del Galbanetto: condivisione e leggerezza. Il tagliere è caratterizzato da una doppia sospensione che, oltre a facilitare la presa, consente di disporre le fette di salame sul bordo, creando un elegante vortice.
